Catherine was named CEO of the Community Foundation in 2019 after previously serving in development, marketing, and program roles since 2015. As CEO, Catherine leads donors, volunteers, staff, and community partners towards the Community Foundation’s vision of a thriving region through collaborative philanthropy. 

As Chief Financial Officer, Jon's responsibilities include financial and fund management, human resources, grant administration, and technology management. Jon joined the Community Foundation in a financial and operations capacity in 2015 after previously serving as Office Manager. 

Kent has held the role of Program Officer for the Community Foundation since March of 2022. As Program Officer, Kent works with nonprofits, donors, and volunteers to maximize community impact through our grant-making programs. 

As Program Manager, Bailee is responsible for ensuring the Community Foundation's grant programs are efficient, effective, and impactful. She oversees the grant application process, manages the annual scholarship program, and supports program evaluation and development efforts.

As Development Officer, Emily supports the Community Foundation’s donor engagement and communication strategies, helping donors fulfill their charitable goals and communicating the impact of opportunities for Community Foundation giving, grants, and programs.

Krista joined the Community Foundation in November 2015. She assists Board and staff in fulfilling the mission and objectives of the Community Foundation. Her responsibilities include secretarial, financial, office management, and technology coordination as well as assisting with special projects.
