This role is ideal for someone who brings both heart and precision to their work. You love helping people as much as organizing information, take pride in accuracy, and find satisfaction in making things run smoothly. As the Office Manager, you’re often the first impression of Community Foundation—whether answering the phone, welcoming visitors, or responding to inquiries—and you genuinely enjoy being that friendly, helpful presence.

We’re looking for someone who is:

Exceptionally organized – you can manage multiple priorities, keep calendars, files, and processes in order, and still know where everything is.

Detail-oriented to your core – accuracy matters to you, whether it’s data entry, financial records, donor information, or correspondence.

Warm, welcoming, and approachable – you enjoy interacting with people and take pride in creating a positive first impression for donors, partners, and community members.

A data whiz – you’re comfortable working with databases, spreadsheets, and reports, and you enjoy making data clean, useful, and accessible.

Reliable and consistent – people trust you because you follow through and keep things moving forward.

Service-minded – you enjoy supporting a team, helping board members and donors, and being a friendly, professional presence in the office.

Proactive and solutions-focused – you see what needs to be done and take initiative to improve systems and workflows.

Discreet and trustworthy – you handle sensitive information with care, professionalism, and integrity.

What You’ll Do
Often the first point of contact for donors, partners, board members, and community members, the Office Manager creates a positive, professional, and friendly experience for everyone who engages with the Community Foundation. At the same time, the Office Manager ensures the day-to-day operations of the office run smoothly, accurately, and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, supporting a mission-driven team, and keeping systems, data, and processes well-organized behind the scenes.
